Scaffold, lath and plaster — start to finish
From setting the scaffold to the final color coat, one licensed crew handles every stage: lath, scratch, brown and finish. That's why the wall is right the whole way through.
Re-Stucco & Remodels
Tired, cracked or dated exteriors brought back to life. We prep, re-mesh where needed and re-coat — a clean way to change the whole look of a house without tearing it apart.
Interior Plaster
Smooth-wall plaster, veneer plaster and interior finishes over new or existing drywall — a hand-troweled surface that reads far richer than taped and textured board.
Lath & Scaffolding
We set our own scaffold and do our own lath, so the whole wall assembly is one crew's responsibility — no waiting on a second trade and no finger-pointing when something doesn't line up.
Patch & Crack Repair
Window and door change-outs, dry rot repairs, settlement cracks, hose-bib and electrical patches — matched into the surrounding texture so the repair disappears.
Foam Trim & Moldings
Coated foam window surrounds, sills, banding, corbels and pot shelves. The architectural detail that separates a Spanish or Mediterranean elevation from a flat box.

Prep & Lath
Windows, roof, hardscape and landscaping get masked and protected. Paper and wire go on to code, flashings and weep screed included.

Scratch & Brown
Base coats applied and floated straight and true, then given the proper cure time. This is the step that decides whether the wall cracks in five years.

Finish & Clean-Up
Your approved color and texture troweled on, masking pulled, site swept and hauled off. We walk it with you before we call it done.
